Job DescriptionThe Digital Business Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and lead generation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify, research, and target high-potential prospects.
- Building and maintaining strong professional connections through personalized messaging, content sharing, and active engagement on LinkedIn.
- Executing structured follow-up strategies via LinkedIn, email marketing campaigns, and cold calling to nurture leads and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation, branding, and communication efforts with overall business goals.
- Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of lead generation activities, including response rates, email open rates, click-through rates, cold calling outcomes, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
To succeed as a Digital Business Development Specialist, you should possess:
- Strong experience in writing proposals and pitch decks tailored to diverse client needs.
- Proven ability to craft engaging outreach messages, follow-up strategies, email marketing campaigns, and cold calling scripts that drive results.
- Expertise in building and managing targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and cold calling techniques.
- Knowledge of branding principles and content strategies for LinkedIn, email marketing, and overall digital presence.
- Experience in cold calling with a proven track record of turning cold prospects into opportunities; ability to script and deliver effective calls with professionalism and confidence.
- Strong research skills to identify and qualify leads effectively for LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling.
