Job Title:

Creative Marketing Automation Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance data accuracy and segmentation.
  • Plan, build, and execute marketing automation workflows & funnels for email, SMS, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Design and schedule engaging email marketing campaigns with personalized content.
  • Utilize proven expertise in industry-standard CRMs such as Go High Level and Zoho.
  • Integrate CRM systems with various tools and platforms, including landing pages, ads, forms, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support full-funnel marketing efforts.
  • Monitor lead nurturing campaigns and contribute to customer retention strategies.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance in campaign executions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–2+ years of experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (Go High Level or Zoho) and familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, Click Funnels, etc.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and drip campaigns.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing multi-channel workflows.
  • Proficient in analyzing engagement metrics and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (onsite, includes 1-hour break)
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (work from home, includes a 30-minute break)
Location:

Onsite - Karachi

The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, including industry-standard CRMs such as Go High Level and Zoho. They will also be familiar with other tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Zapier, and Click Funnels.
