Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expert to spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable CRM solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and developing tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing custom workflows, plugins, entities, and scripts to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE
• Leading the integration process, including data migration and configuration with other systems
• Developing robust APIs, webhooks, and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability
• Providing training and support to end-users and administrators on how to effectively utilize Dynamics 365 CE

Core Expertise

As a seasoned professional, you will bring expertise in the following areas:

• Power Apps - App design, connectors, custom controls, performance optimization
• Power Automate - Building scalable cloud flows, desktop flows (RPA), error handling, and integrations
• Power BI - Report/dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, workspace management
• Dataverse - In-depth knowledge of schema design, relationships, security model, advanced data handling

Application Lifecycle Management

Experience with solution management and environment segregation is essential. You should be well-versed in the use of Power Platform Build Tools or Azure DevOps pipelines, source control integration (Git) best practices, and versioning, patching, and deployment strategies.

Governance & Administration

A strong understanding of Power Platform Admin Center, environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention policies, analytics (CoE Starter Kit), monitoring, audit logs, licensing, capacity planning, and security configuration is crucial.

Development & Customization

Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript for customizing Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps, plugin development using .NET/C#, custom connectors, APIs, and data integrations is required. Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) is also an asset.

Integration & Data Management

Experience working with SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 integration, REST APIs, webhooks, and ETL processes like Azure Data Factory is vital.

Reporting & Analytics

Knowledge of implementing usage telemetry and analytics using Power BI, CoE Starter Kit dashboards, and customization is essential. Understanding KPIs for app usage, maker activity, and governance compliance is also required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MB-200/MB-210) and Power Platform (PL-400/PL-600) are a plus
• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE including implementation, customization, and system integrations via Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or custom APIs
• Establish, lead, and sustain Communities of Practice (CoP) and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to enable cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks within CoE/CoP, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices and alignment with organizational goals
• Champion and evolve CoE/CoP initiatives beyond initial setup, driving continuous improvement, measurable impact, and long-term stakeholder engagement
