Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company growth objectives.

\

This involves conducting extensive research, proactive outreach, and creating detailed client documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to align business development efforts with DM's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets, industries, and clients that align with the company's growth goals.\
  • Generate leads through outreach efforts and qualify them based on criteria set by the sales team.\
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, including outreach metrics, pipeline growth, and new clients identified.\
  • Support the management of the sales pipeline by tracking the status of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM tools.\
  • Draft comprehensive CVs of principle investigators for sharing with sponsors and CROs.\
  • Support feasibility by working closely with the Business Development team and external members to ensure timely delivery of information necessary to win trial opportunities.\
  • Develop strong time management skills, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.\
  • Foster excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, and close collaboration with others.\
  • Maintain regular attendance and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.\
