We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Professional to support our Quality Management initiatives. This includes administrative tasks, data entry, process template design, and record creation. Your contributions will enhance our certifications and Quality Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and management of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, ensuring accuracy.
  • Create and maintain process and procedure templates with the Quality Manager, adhering to consistent formatting and design.
  • Generate records and forms required for QMS documentation, audits, and certifications.
  • Maintain an up-to-date repository of QMS documents for easy access and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather information for documentation and audits.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing assistance in document location and presentation.
  • Track and report key performance indicators related to quality, compliance, and certification requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for QMS improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Job RequirementsQualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with ISO standards is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude towards tasks.
