Backend Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled backend software engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Development: Design and implement scalable and efficient backend applications and services.
  • API Development & Integration: Create and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Database Administration: Work with relational databases; design schemas and optimize performance.
  • System Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
  • Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a C++ developer.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in C++.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures.
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Familiarity with multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols is a plus.
