Automation Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level professional to grow their career in quality assurance automation while working on cutting-edge projects that transform how businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks from scratch using industry-standard tools
  • Create comprehensive automated test scripts to ensure product quality
  • Perform thorough manual testing with strong attention to detail and user experience
  • Apply analytical thinking and debugging skills to identify, isolate, and resolve complex issues
  • Think from the end-user perspective to identify potential issues and edge cases
  • Conduct comprehensive API testing and integration testing across multiple systems
  • Develop and maintain test frameworks that support CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure all software meets functional, performance, and reliability requirements
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and strategies
  • Create clear, detailed bug reports and maintain comprehensive test documentation
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing and automation
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java , TypeScript , or Python programming languages
  • Strong experience with Playwright and/or Selenium automation frameworks
  • Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or similar
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API testing methodologies
  • Experience with Git and version control systems
  • Understanding of continuous integration and delivery pipelines

  • Ability to create test frameworks from scratch

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks
  • Database testing experience and SQL knowledge
  • Understanding of security testing principles
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools
