We are currently seeking a professional to fill the role of Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and have a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • The representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries professionally, providing information on products and services, taking or canceling orders, or obtaining details of complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • The representative will follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Escalate unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • The successful candidate will enhance our organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or above in any field.
  • Customer support experience is preferred but not required.
  • The ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on customer service.
  • The ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner.
