Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a high volume of compliance testing projects.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple compliance testing projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing clear and consistent information.
  • Assess and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities while providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to compliance regulations, standards, and testing methodologies, collaborating with compliance experts.
Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, project management, compliance, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
  • At least 5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on compliance testing or regulatory projects.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office 365 and Jira.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while driving projects to completion independently.
