IT Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead our team and drive successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, with experience in managing teams, budgets, and timelines. They will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, goals, and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience with agile project management frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
