Marketing Support Role

This critical position involves ensuring the efficient operation of our company.

The Marketing & Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing schedules, assisting callers, creating marketing materials, maintaining our website and social media pages, and supporting advertising efforts for property listings.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls and offering assistance to clients and agents.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage agents' schedules with precision.
  • Create engaging advertisements for properties on various online platforms to attract potential buyers.
  • Design visually appealing flyers and marketing materials for mail-outs and distributions.
  • Maintain and update our website and social media pages to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Contribute to digital marketing campaigns and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and track marketing performance metrics to inform future decisions.
  • Offer general administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess an MBA in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media management tools, and online advertising platforms.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Showcase excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Bring experience in digital marketing or administrative support to drive results.
  • Speak English fluently to communicate daily with U.S. management, colleagues, and clients.
  • Familiarity with real estate administration is a plus.

Experience:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in U.S. administrative support, marketing, or real estate is essential for success in this role.
