Marketing Campaign Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve targeted campaign goals.
  • Manage ad delivery across multiple channels and track performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
  • Conduct regular testing of creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, suggesting improvements and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 0.5-1 year of experience in digital campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • English proficiency at B1-B2 or higher level.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
