
Payroll Processing Specialist

Translation Empire PK is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to manage the organization's payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and deductions
- Calculate and process statutory deductions (e.g., taxes, docks, deductions pensions, benefits)
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal use and external compliance
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and provide support as needed
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate data and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company payroll information
RequirementsQualification and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Clerk, or similar role
- Solid understanding of payroll principles and statutory requirements
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.)
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Work Arrangement: The position requires working from the office
Salary: Market Competitive
Location: DHA 1 Sector F Rwp
