Job Title: Senior Payroll Coordinator

Translation Empire PK is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Coordinator to manage the organization's payroll processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule
  2. Maintain and update employee payroll records
  3. Calculate statutory deductions and process them accordingly
  4. Prepare and distribute payroll reports
  5. Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
  6. Provide support to employees regarding payroll matters
RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  1. Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
  2. Solid understanding of payroll principles and statutory requirements
  3. Experience with payroll software
  4. High level of accuracy and organizational skills
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
