Job Title: Manager HR And Admin

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager HR And Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the organization, including managing personnel files, maintaining accurate records, and performing other tasks as required.
  • Tendering Process: Assist in the development and implementation of tendering processes, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are prepared and submitted on time.
  • ERP System: Work closely with the IT department to ensure that the ERP system is functioning correctly and efficiently, providing support and training to staff as needed.
  • Office Administration: Oversee the overall administration of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring that the office is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Expert Level MS Word & Excel: Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create complex documents and spreadsheets.
  • Responsible, Self-Motivated and Energetic: Demonstrate a high level of responsibility, self-motivation, and energy, with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Tendering Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the tendering process, including the preparation of tender documents and the negotiation of contracts.
  • Experience in Office Administration: Possess significant experience in office administration, including managing personnel, budgeting, and record-keeping.
