Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining complex network systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation, addition, change, and move of network equipment and cabling.
- Performing technical site surveys, Wi-Fi passive site surveys, and site preparation.
- Staging, installation, support on migration, and Day 1 onsite support.
- Installation involving rack/stack and input of basic configurations for remote access.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including routers, LAN switches, Wireless LAN, firewalls, and other related equipment. Experience with CISCO, Avaya, Riverbed, Huawei, Palo Alto, and Microsoft products is highly desirable.
Maintenance and Support:- Provide 7-day x 24-hour on-call services and on-standby support with SLA 7*24*4.
- Replacing any field replaceable units required and returning the equipment to normal operational condition.
- Installing requested engineering changes or any required software.
- Re-packing of returning equipment for RMA return.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Network Field Support Engineer role.
- Strong internetworking skills and ability to understand technical documents and follow instructions.
- Basic command of English language and proficiency in CCNA certification.
