Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to oversee and maintain the data center network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, configuration, and optimization of network devices to ensure seamless operation of critical services.

  • Network Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for the data center, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Configure and Manage Network Devices: Configure and manage firewalls, switches, and SFP switches to secure and optimize network traffic flow.
  • Monitor Network Performance: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and minimize downtime.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain network security policies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry best practices and data security regulations.
  • Regular Updates and Testing: Regularly update firewall rules and security configurations, and conduct regular testing to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with application and server teams for effective system operations, and maintain detailed network diagrams, configurations, and change logs.
  • Disaster Recovery and Reporting: Maintain disaster recovery plans, conduct regular testing, and prepare periodic reports on network performance, issues, and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent are preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in network administration, preferably in data centers.
