Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining automation workflows using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or Python, collaborating with clients to understand their processes and design automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks, conducting data analysis to ensure automations meet client specifications and deliver measurable value, performing quality assurance checks on automations, ensuring reliability and accuracy in data flow and functionality, documenting workflows, processes, and key metrics to maintain quality standards and aid in future optimizations, and prioritizing attention to detail and continuously monitoring automation systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or Python programming (6 months of experience or demonstrated projects preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members
