  • As a seasoned contract administrator, you will direct a team responsible for managing contractual obligations and ensuring compliance with contract terms.\
  • The successful candidate will have expertise in civil engineering and extensive experience in contract administration.\
  • Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of contracts, evaluating contractor performance, maintaining effective communication between contractors and employers, and collaborating with project managers to ensure instructions are documented and communicated promptly.\
  • You will analyze and prepare claims and variation orders in accordance with contract provisions and dispute resolution procedures.\
  • A strong understanding of civil engineering principles and experience in negotiating agreements with subcontractors is required.\
  • Additionally, you will handle contract-related matters related to subcontracted work, including instructions and payment certifications.\
  • Your ability to prepare and submit claims for extension of time and settle disputes in a fair and transparent manner will be crucial to the success of this role.\
  • Finally, establishing a safe working environment, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with QHSE policies will be essential duties of the job.\
  • This position requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 15-20 years of relevant experience in contract administration.\
