Finance Instructor Position

We are seeking a Visiting Assistant Professor to join our Business Management department.

Teaching Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and assessments for students in finance-related subjects.
  • Develop and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams that align with the curriculum in International Trade, Insurance & Banking, and Monetary System.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and discussion among students.
  • Collaborate with department faculty to ensure curriculum consistency and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date on finance trends, research, and industry developments to enhance teaching effectiveness.
  • Advise and mentor students on academic and career matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and events to contribute to the growth and development of the institution.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • New PhD degree holders in management science or related field with a strong foundation in Business Management principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective teaching methodologies and strategies, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • A passion for inspiring students and fostering their academic growth, with a commitment to excellence in teaching and mentoring.
