Director for Non-Profit Organisation

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving institutional growth and sustainability, as well as programmatic effectiveness. S/he will lead a team of professionals to develop and maintain organizational systems and structures.

A non-profit organisation is currently undergoing strategic planning for the next three-year phase. The Director's vision for the organisation will constitute an integral component of this plan, determining possibilities for growth and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership, manage human resources, and oversee institutional management.
  2. Financial Acumen: Mobilize resources, prepare budgets, and provide financial reports.
  3. Advocacy and Marketing: Develop strategic networks, manage events, execute media campaigns, and implement social marketing strategies.
  4. Program Development: Design and implement programs, conduct monitoring and evaluation, and ensure effective implementation.

A dynamic leader with expertise in IT and services is needed to drive growth and success at the organisation.
