Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and proven experience in recruitment or HR roles. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, providing a positive candidate experience
- Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications
- Maintain records of candidates and recruitment metrics in the HR system
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects
