As a Product Release Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Agile environment with effective collaboration and facilitation skills. This involves enforcing scrum rules and promoting self-management and continuous improvement of work standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing releases, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • With your strong leadership and technical skills, you will provide guidance and support to teams in implementing Agile processes.
  • Your thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies will enable you to develop and implement strategies for process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Release Management/SQA in software development or infrastructure projects is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Agile Scrum methodology is necessary.
  • You must have excellent knowledge of release management, build management, and change management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
