Job Summary

As a seasoned operational expert, we are seeking an individual to spearhead the optimization of our company's operational processes. This role demands strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inventory management, process improvement, and team leadership. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is essential, along with 5+ years of experience in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive inventory planning strategies to meet demand while minimizing holding costs
  • Design and execute process improvements across departments to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Build and maintain relationships with logistics partners through effective negotiation and communication
  • Establish and enforce new operational systems and processes to drive business growth
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven expertise in inventory management, process improvement, and team leadership
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development
Desired Skills:
  • Six Sigma or Lean Management certification
  • Expertise in implementing and managing automated inventory systems
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
