Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the warm-up process for new sending domains and IPs
  • Preserving domain reputation and sender score during transitions
  • Implementing and verifying email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI)
  • Troubleshooting spam issues and minimizing delivery failures
  • Advising the team on best practices for email infrastructure changes and compliance
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in Transitional email deliverability, especially during IP/domain transitions
  • Strong command of list hygiene, re-engagement workflows, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and provide clear documentation

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Transitional Email Deliverability Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the warm-up process for new sending domains and IPs, preserving domain reputation and sender score during transitions, implementing and verifying email authentication protocols, troubleshooting spam issues and minimizing delivery failures, and advising the team on best practices for email infrastructure changes and compliance.

Additionally, they should have the ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and provide clear documentation.
