Servicing Excellence in Hospitality
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the front office, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service, managing daily operations, and fostering effective communication with guests and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational Management: Manage administrative tasks, including personnel matters, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
- Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Front Desk Operations: Oversee the efficient management of front desk activities, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest services.
- Communication: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in office administration, customer service, and front office management; excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
