Build a Career in Shopify Store Design

This role involves creating visually appealing and functional storefronts, importing products from various sources, designing engaging pages that resonate with customers, and ensuring compliance with Google's e-commerce standards on the Shopify platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and set up storefronts that meet client expectations
  • Import products efficiently and effectively
  • Develop engaging page designs that drive customer interaction
  • Maintain store compliance with e-commerce standards
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience building Shopify stores from scratch or through complete redesigns
  • In-depth knowledge of Shopify themes, Liquid templating language, and page builders
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating product and store visuals
  • Attention to detail and strong design sense
  • Able to work independently and deliver high-quality results
  • Comfort using AI tools to support minor coding or design tasks

The ideal candidate will be part of a team focused on launching high-quality Shopify stores optimized for conversions and ready for scaling. This is an independent contractor role requiring at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week commitment. Time tracking is facilitated through Hubstaff.
