Online Business Development Specialist

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Account Manager to drive online business growth. This role involves managing key ecommerce accounts, ensuring optimal product visibility, content quality, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ebay, Amazon, and Marketplace platforms. They will play a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize online sales channels, enhance customer experiences, and develop strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing ecommerce strategies to boost online sales and customer retention.
- Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to create compelling product listings, visuals, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyzing ecommerce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with online marketplaces, third-party sellers, and vendors.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Ebay, Amazon, and Marketplace platforms.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
