As a strategic talent acquisition professional, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, design and implement human resources policies, shape up our brand strategy and ensure we attract, hire, develop and retain top-notch employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage recruitment procedures, identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  2. Oversee employee selection, training and development to drive business success.
  3. Lead and set objectives for the HR team to achieve organizational goals.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
  5. Design and implement HR strategies and policies that comply with labor laws.
  6. Develop compensation and benefit plans that align with business objectives.
  7. Organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  8. Address employee requests and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
  1. Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
  2. A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or a similar role.
  3. Hands-on experience in the complete recruitment life cycle in the software development industry.
  4. Proficiency in Human Resource Management Software.
  5. Strong networking and negotiation skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks according to business needs.
  7. Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and engage employees.
  8. Highly skilled in people management, with a focus on employee relations and engagement.

Location: Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan region
