Job Title:
Senior Finance Manager
About the Role:
This is a senior accounting role where you will be responsible for managing the company's financial functions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and driving process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve all payments, collections, and journal vouchers.
- Manage general ledger closing and trial finalization.
- Prepare management accounts and perform monthly closing as per company requirements.
- Prepare annual, half-yearly, and quarterly statutory financial statements.
- Ensure timely completion of annual audits and reviews, including fund audits.
- Finalize fund trials and prepare accounts.
- Prepare general ledger account reconciliations according to company standards.
- Oversee year-end closing and submission of required forms.
- Review weekly/monthly AR reports and take actions for timely recoveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper books, papers, and records.
- Prepare documentation for banks and taxation purposes.
Requirements:
- CA or ACCA qualification, with completed training/articles at a Chartered Accountant firm.
- Industry experience of 1-2 years preferred.
- Experience using ERP systems.
