Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the online industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Develop New Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Pitch and Present Services: Pitch and present our services to potential clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth through innovative solutions and strategies.
Requirements

To be successful as a Sales and Business Growth Specialist, you will need:

  • Proven Experience in Business Development and Sales: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong Understanding of Online Platforms: Strong understanding of the online jobs sites, particularly Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-Oriented with a Track Record of Meeting Sales Targets: Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
