Job Title: Network and Server Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Network and Server Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining network infrastructure and server systems, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain network performance, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux-based servers.
  • Perform regular system backups, patch management, and updates.
  • Manage Fortinet security surveillance and access controls.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network and server support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in IT support with a focus on network and server troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic Linux server administration.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Work Schedule:
