Network Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration Specialist to work on video systems and access control systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, testing and commissioning of top brands such as Honeywell, Bosch, Milestone and HID.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers to provide expert 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshoot LAN, WAN and VPN networks, and collaborate on integration projects.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, test and commission video systems and access control systems.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Troubleshoot network issues.
- Collaborate on integration projects.
- Ensure quality assurance and documentation.
- Middle-level knowledge of IT network infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of firewall configuration.
- Middle-level knowledge of Windows Server.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
