Automation and Electrical Systems Manager

Job Description:

As an Automation and Electrical Systems Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of automation and electrical systems within a factory environment. Your primary goal is to ensure that all systems are optimized for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise technical teams, contractors, and third parties to deliver project and daily operations effectively.
  • Lead commissioning, launching, and start-up of digital modules, technical equipment, and production lines.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal standards in automation and electrical systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automation and/or MES Manager in an FMCG environment.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Automation, PLC Programming, SCADA Systems, PMP, Six Sigma.
