The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in delivering sales and visibility targets. A graduate or Master's degree from a reputable institution is also required. The ability to work effectively in a team environment, build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and make data-driven decisions are essential skills for this role.

As an IMT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing E-commerce operations, negotiating annual agreements with IMTs, and managing each account to achieve targeted returns on investment. You will also be responsible for training and developing the sales team, ensuring timely credit recovery from IMT accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with IMT and E-commerce category managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Deliver sales and visibility targets on Integrated Merchandising Teams;
  2. Oversee E-commerce operations and collaborate with local regional teams to ensure timely stock deliveries;
  3. Negotiate and implement annual agreements covering discounts, displays, promotions, and sales targets with IMTs;
  4. Effectively manage each IMT account to achieve targeted returns on investment;
  5. Manage, train, and develop the sales team to enhance performance;
  6. Ensure timely credit recovery from IMT accounts;
  7. Maintain strong relationships with IMT and E-commerce category managers;
  8. Make data-driven decisions and conduct regular follow-ups with the team;
  9. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and customers to guarantee client satisfaction;
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry market trends and best practices;
  11. Monitor sales growth by brand and SKU at the store level.
