Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for employee development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Human Resource Management: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Design and execute recruitment plans, conduct performance evaluations, and create training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and provide support to managers and staff.
Key RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and Regulations: In-depth understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Technical Skills and Certifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, expertise in HR systems, and knowledge of industry trends.
Desired Qualifications
  • Education: MBA/BBA with specialization in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Certifications: HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) preferred.
Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
