Marketing and Sales Professional

We're seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, qualifying and nurturing leads, and working closely with the marketing team to drive growth and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to all incoming sales and marketing queries (web forms, email, phone)
  • Track and follow up on open inquiries to ensure no opportunities are missed
  • Assess and score new leads based on established criteria
  • Maintain regular contact with prospects through calls, emails, and personalized outreach
  • Draft, customize, and submit proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements
  • Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate logistics (virtual or on-site)
  • Record all prospect interactions, activity statuses, and next steps in the CRM
  • Generate reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns (email blasts, LinkedIn outreach, events)
  • Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Organized, responsive, and comfortable multitasking
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a strong plus
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow within a sales and marketing team
  • Bachelor's in Business Development, Marketing or related field
