Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, including defining clear project goals and ensuring that all parties involved are aligned.
  • Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. This includes developing a comprehensive project schedule and allocating resources effectively to ensure successful project execution.
  • Methodology Implementation: Implement tailored project management methodologies based on project complexity and scale. This includes selecting the most suitable methodology for the project and implementing it efficiently.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution. This includes managing external resources and ensuring that they work collaboratively with the project team.
  • Resource Management: Ensure resource availability, allocate resources effectively, and manage potential conflicts. This includes identifying and mitigating any potential resource conflicts and ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. This includes building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Communication: Ensure timely and clear communication to all relevant parties. This includes communicating project status, progress, and any issues that may arise.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle. This includes identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure projects remain within allocated budget. This includes tracking project expenses and ensuring that they do not exceed the allocated budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet required quality standards, implement quality control processes, and continuous improvement methodologies. This includes ensuring that projects meet the required quality standards and implementing processes to continuously improve.
  • Progress Documentation: Document project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. This includes documenting project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of App Development/Software Development Project management/Leadership experience.
  • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desired.
  • Skillset: Proven experience in managing a team and managing complex projects, excellent communication and leadership skills.
