Business Development Executive Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position for an individual who can drive business growth, innovate, and collaborate effectively. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic action plans to increase customer acquisition and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform customer acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance market share and revenue growth.
  • Track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis and business planning to evaluate revenue potential in new opportunities.
  • Pursue innovative ideas for revenue enhancement, retention, and digital expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present revenue and sales growth reports to senior management.
  • Manage key accounts to acquire new business and achieve revenue targets.
Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess many or most of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing (desired).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Strong network and industry reputation (preferred).
  • Experience in telecom or software product development (desired).
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and Mobile Value Added Services (VAS).
  • Able to travel as required.
