Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Growth Specialist to focus solely on prospecting and identifying new buyers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of potential clients and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and build a pipeline of potential clients and agencies.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, cold calls, and CRM tools.
  • Qualify prospects through structured discovery calls and needs assessment.
  • Track and manage outreach activity and responses in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior leadership with qualified prospects.
  • Stay current on trends in the Medicare and healthcare marketing space to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain high activity levels and hit weekly KPIs (calls, emails, contacts, meetings booked).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in outbound sales or business development & lead generation.
  • Familiarity with Medicare buyers, lead vendors, or insurance brokers is a plus.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, email sequencing tools, and basic research platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Timings

The working hours are flexible, but we require candidates to be available during the evening/night shifts.
