Job Title:

Senior AI/ML Engineer - Healthcare Expertise

">Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models, specifically in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in working with medical data, building AI-driven solutions that enhance healthcare services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare data regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models tailored to healthcare applications, such as predictive diagnostics, patient risk modeling, and clinical decision support.
  • Work with large, structured and unstructured healthcare datasets, including EHRs, imaging data, and lab results, to build accurate and reliable models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and healthcare professionals to define AI use cases and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the healthcare industry.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare standards and data formats, such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least one year in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML libraries, such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and ML pipelines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) applied to clinical notes.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, ethics in AI, and bias mitigation in healthcare models.
