AI / ML EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI / ML Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models, including generative AI and large language models.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and software engineering principles. They will be able to design, implement, and deploy robust ML pipelines, integrate with big data tools like Spark or Databricks, and ensure system scalability and robustness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop advanced machine learning models using techniques such as regression, bias analysis, hypothesis testing, Bayesian methods, XGBoost, LightGBM, and other statistical models.
  • Evaluate and design algorithms with a solid grasp of theoretical foundations to ensure optimal model performance.
  • Build, deploy, and manage robust ML pipelines covering data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, validation, and production deployment.
  • Oversee continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, prompt versioning systems, and model monitoring frameworks.

The successful candidate will also possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical insights for diverse audiences. Experience with event-driven architectures, Docker, and container orchestration is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (mandatory).
  • Master's degree or PhD from a reputed institution is highly preferred.
  • Professional experience in machine learning, data science, or software engineering.
  • Proven track record in building and deploying machine learning systems in production environments.
  • Authored or co-authored publications for top-tier conferences (e.g., EMNLP, CVPR).

The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for continuous learning and innovation, with exceptional self-motivation and adaptability. Experience with generative AI models, designing GPT-like architectures, and cloud-based ML platforms is desirable.
