Senior Software Engineer

A challenging opportunity to lead the development of impactful software solutions that transform customer outcomes.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering team and contribute to the technical direction of projects.

The Role

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining valuable software products for insurance and dental practice customers. You will participate in cross-functional project teams and execute on the technical direction of the projects you are working on.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop impactful software solutions that drive business value.
  • Write efficient and scalable code, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, to drive technical decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements:
  • Excellent academic background in Computer Science or related field.
  • Significant relevant experience writing code and delivering products with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node, GoLang, C#, and Swift.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience cultivating a strong engineering culture in an iterative, agile environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment.
