Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Director to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Incident Management: Own total incident ownership, managing all high and critical incidents to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Maintain an excellent relationship with clients, ensuring connectivity and engagement at all levels of assigned accounts.
  3. Reporting and Status Updates: Submit regular status reports to management summarizing completed projects/tasks.
Requirements
  • Above average skills in relational database management systems and ability to use SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Must be able to travel for assignments if required.
