
Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a Customer Experience Director to lead our restaurant team. Key responsibilities include:
- Guest complaint management, comment cards, and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Daily review of product quality, presentation, and reporting any issues to the relevant teams.
- Staff management, including attendance, leave, advances, hiring, documentation, and vaccinations.
- Maintenance of a safe working environment for guests and staff, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Daily inspections of outlets, monitoring variances in front-of-house and back-of-house operations, and POS systems.
- Control of operational costs, introducing new ways of cost cutting and cost-effective plans.
- Monthly reporting of outlet operations, outlining successes and areas for improvement.
- Implementation and compliance of company policies and protocols.
- Upselling targets and achievement through effective training and development programs.
