Job Overview

Promote quality assurance and information security best practices to drive process improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal processes to address ISMS and QMS matters, including security activities, emerging risks, and control technologies through continuous improvement.
  • Foster alignment between projects, business objectives, and customer priorities using process improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Design, implement, operate, and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO/IEC 27001 & ISO 9001 series standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on information security risk management and control matters throughout the organization.
  • Develop and authorize necessary information security policies, quality management processes, standards, procedures, and guidelines in conjunction with the QMS and ISMS Committee.
  • Maintain compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure adherence to internal security policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Create and deliver tailored information security awareness, training, and educational programs.
  • Conduct internal and external audit work, non-conformance reporting, and follow-up activities in accordance with international standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001).
  • Support team members in conducting floor audits and portal adaptability assessments.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks related to compliance and audit within the company, ensuring alignment with established standards such as ISMS, HIPAA, etc.
