Job Description

We are seeking a skilled web developer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan on a contract basis.

This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers looking to gain experience in the field of web development. As a web developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic websites and applications using PHP and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the project manager and other team members to understand project requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
  • Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure maximum performance and functionality
  • Develop efficient database structures for storing data
  • Implement security measures to protect websites from potential threats
  • Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and other relevant technologies
  • Experience with popular PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter is a plus
  • Good understanding of front-end development techniques including responsive design
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
