Job Title: Security & Governance Specialist

This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective security and governance strategies to protect employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administration and security, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations to management.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Security Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the highest security standards.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze data from external and internal sources to identify potential security risks and provide recommendations to management.
  • Technology Implementation:
    • Oversee the implementation of security-related technologies, including access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, and other security systems.
  • Training & Compliance:
    • Develop and implement security training policies to ensure compliance and communicate regularly with management about security issues.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide recommendations to management.
