We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our administration department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing support to senior management in making strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  2. Analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  3. Oversee administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  5. Develop and implement effective systems for efficient financial operations.

To succeed in this role, you will require a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent organizational and time management skills.

In addition, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
