Marketing and Branding Support Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills to oversee logistical aspects of branding initiatives. This involves coordinating vendors, materials, timelines, and internal communications in a dynamic environment.

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of branding activities by managing logistics, tracking vendor relationships, and liaising with internal stakeholders. The coordinator must also be able to budget and track expenses related to branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all logistics related to branding activities, including events and marketing materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of branded merchandise, print materials, and event setups.
  • Liaise between teams to align on project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Assist in expense tracking for branding initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial processes.
  • Support the execution of company events, ensuring all logistical elements are in place.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to branding logistics for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in marketing coordination, branding logistics, or event management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
